Description: On April 29, 2020, at approximately 2:00am, Plaintiff was walking to his cousin's house in the vicinity of 1566 72nd Street in Brooklyn when the Defendant police officers unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification.
