Description: On April 17, 2019, and at all times hereinafter mentioned and upon information and belief, the plaintiff, Spooner, was lawfully present at or about the intersection of 215th Street and 40th Avenue, in the County of Queens. The plaintiff was assaulted and battered by NYPD Officer Lang and other unnamed officers at the aforementioned location.
