Description: The plaintiff was on the street having a verbal argument with a friend when the defendant officer approached and stated he needed to search them. The plaintiff asked for a female officer to be called, but the officer became angry as a result and pushed the plaintiff calling her a "gay bitch". The charge was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal and is scheduled to be dismissed in January 2017.
