Complaint
Description: On or about October 8, 2023, plaintff Larry Dunn was stopped on the street by defendant Officer Igrich Vidal and other unidentified police officers. Defendants apprehended plaintiff with excessive force, assaulting him and causing contusions on his limbs, handcuffed and falsely arresting him for resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, menacing a police officer and possession of a firearm. Plaintiff suffered fractured ribs as a result of the arrest.
