Description: Plaintiff was arrested by police officers for an alleged assault upon his girlfriend and brought to the 115th Precinct. During court proceedings, the girlfriend admitted that the assault never happened at an Order of Protection was modified so that Plaintiff could contact his girlfriend. Plaintiff then went to the 115th Precinct with his girlfriend to retrieve his belongings and the officer belittled him and re-arrested him. Plaintiff was tightly handcuffed and taken to central booking while officer's ignored the modified Order of Protection that he showed them.
