Description: Plaintiff was exiting the Citi Field arena with friends when an unknown person dressed in all black pushed through the group and forcefully pushed Peter to the ground. This person would later be known as the Defendant Officer. A SWAT team then suddenly appeared with weapons drawn. Defendant Officer used a choke hold on Plaintiff while Plaintiff was on the ground. Plaintiff's phone and wallet were taken from him and tight handcuffs were applied while he was being arrested. Plaintiff was taken to holding cell in Citi Field and EMT were not permitted to directly treat him. Plaintiff was then transported to the 111th Precinct. Eventually all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
