Description: On June 27th, 2022, approximately 7:30 p.m., in the vicinity of Grant Avenue and East 169th Street, Bronx, NY, defendant PO Bradley and others without legal justification or excuse stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained plaintiff. The defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. The search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs or contraband. Despite the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing by the plaintiff, the defendants formally arrested the plaintiff and transported him to the 44th precinct.
