Description: On June 29, 2012 plaintiff was subjected to unlawful stop, question, frisk, search, false arrest, false imprisonment, and unlawful seizure by Defendant police officers Luis Fernandez, Anzor Kurashvili, sergeant Jos Buonadonna and other defendant NYPD officers. Defendants provided the Manhattan District Attorney's office with false, misleading, and incomplete information regarding the plaintiffs arrest. The defendant police officer maliciously prosecuted the plaintiff. Plaintiff was detained by the New York City Department of Correction from July 19, 2012 through November 22, 2013. While in custody he recieved psychological treatment because he was suffering panic attacks as a direct and proximate cause of his f...
