Description: On or about March 26, 2016, at approximately 4:00 PM, Plaintiff's three minor children were at home when Officer Joseph Cappuccio and other unknown officers entered Plaintiff's apartment by force, without a warrant or probable cause. One of Plaintiff's children phoned Plaintiff who was at work and Plaintiff returned home. Officer Cappuccio seized the child's cell phone forcibly and without justification, causing injury to that child necessitating medical care at an emergency room.
