Description: On June 5, 2012, the Plaintiff was falsely arrested on the charge of selling drugs to a person on the street. The Plaintiff was incarcerated at Rikers for a few days before posting bail. In a second incident, on August 29, 2012, the Plaintiff was again arrested for possession of contraband.
