Complaint
Description: On or about December 12, 2020, Plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle accident and arrested by the defendants including P.O. Erik Pratz, Lyndsay Coppola, and Officer R. Malik, despite Plaintiff being engaged in no criminal or unlawful activity. Plaintiff was then transported to the 112th Precinct and searched and nothing of illegal nature was recovered. All charges were dismissed.
