Description: On or about September 10, 2022, Plaintiffs, husband and wife, were having a date night when Defendant Officers Tyler A Howe, Ashley Ordonez, Michael A. Chrichlow, Faisal N. Elwan, Joanna B. Barletta, and John Doe and Jane Doe #1-6 ran up to Plaintiffs and forcibly grabbed them. Plaintiffs inquired as to what was going on, but Defendants ignored them, and proceeded to push, beat, hit, kick, and punch Plaintiffs. Defendants then pinned Plaintiff Husband down and arrested him. He pleaded Defendants to loosen the handcuffs but Defendants refused. Once at the precinct, Plaintiff Husband requested treatment for his injuries but Defendants refused.
