Plaintiff and his friend were stopped, frisked, arrested for trespassing, and the defendants allegedly found marijuana on the plaintiff's person. Plaintiff was taken to the 33rd precinct with tight handcuffs where he was strip searched and charged with trespassing and marijuana.
