Complaint
Description: On September 14, 2012, Plaintiff was without just cause, probable cause or provocation, maliciously, intentionally and falsely accused by Defendant NYPD officers of having committed the crime of Attempted Murder and other related charges. Plaintiff was also handcuffed, seized and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force by the Defendant NYPD officers. As a result of the Defendants' actions, Plaintiff suffered permanent bodily injuries. On 15 March, 2013, the criminal action against Plaintiff was terminated favourably by dismissal.
