Description: On October 26, 2016, around 4:30 PM, Plaintiff Rashaad Norfleet was walking near 1056 Manor Avenue, Bronx, when Defendant NYPD Officers Stephen Contrata and "John" Kim approached Plaintiff about a crime that was committed earlier that day. Plaintiff stated that was a school teacher at the Eagle Academy in Brooklyn. Then, Defendant Officers Contrata and Kim unlawfully searched Platinff's person and seized his bookbag. Plaintiff told Contrata and Kim that he was working at Eagle Academy in Brooklyn that day at the time of the alleged crime.
