Description: On June 15, 2012, Christopher Krieg, a paraplegic, was subjected to severe mistreatment by NYPD Officers during his arrest and transport, exacerbating his medical conditions. Officers, including Detectives Gerard Beyrodt and Ryan Lane, forcibly removed Krieg from his wheelchair, placed him unrestrained in a cargo van, and ignored his medical needs, leading to further injury and hospitalization.

Description: On February 27, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully standing on the sidewalk talking with his friends when two officers, under the supervision of Sergeant Rolette Cordero, approached Plaintiff and stopped and frisked him without legal justification. Nothing illegal was found on Plaintiff. The officers arrested him and refused to give a reason. The handcuffs were excessively tight and the officers refused to loosen them.
