Description: On April 10, 2021, plaintiffs were lawfully inside a residential apartment building in Brooklyn. In the morning, NYPD Officers arrived and took plaintiffs into custody at gunpoint without probable cause or justification. Defendants handcuffed plaintiffs and brought them to the 67th precinct and then to Kings County Central Booking until late evening April 12, 2021. The Kings County District Attorney declined to prosecute the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs were released without charges.
