It was during this time when defendant Lopez together with other defendant NYPD officers, grabbed the plaintiff and slammed him into the ground, put handcuffs on him, and placed him into a police van. Defendant Lopez together with other defendant NYPD officers drove said van with plaintiff imprisoned inside for approximately two to three hours.
