Description: Officers Nigro, Pichardo, and John/Jane Doe 1-12 responded to a radio run for gunshots fired inside the location of 2249 Stillwell Avenue, which was a multi-apartment dwelling. Plaintiff's 1-3 were in a friend's apartment with approximately 10 other people attending a party. Officers arrived at the apartment and began kicking the door and within minutes of entering, all party goers (who were in the living room) were handcuffed and laying face down on the floor.
