Description: On June 3, 2011 at around 1AM, Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by Defendant Officers. The arrest was done following an investigation done by the Defendant Officers. On May 27, 2011, an attempted robbery occurred at a Metro PCS in Brooklyn. Plaintff was not connected with the robbery, but was a customer prior it occuring. Plaintiff was not in the store when the robbery happened, and Plaintiff had never stolen anything from the store. The description of the robber did not fit the physical apperance of the Plaintiff whatsoever.
