Description: On November 3, 2017, P.O. approached Plaintiff near the building at 1760-1762 Story Avenue, Bronx. P.O. handcuffed, detained, arrested, and imprisoned Plaintiff without Plaintiff’s consent and without justification. The Plaintiff’s detention and imprisonment continued at various other locations, including NYPD’s PSA 8 Precinct, until the Plaintiff was released from custody approximately 24 hours later.

Description: Two separate incidents: 1.) Plaintiff was stopped at approximately 5:50 PM on December 29, 2015 on the intersection of 160th St and Jamaica Ave. Plaintiff was searched and arrested. Plaintiff was taken to the 103rd Precinct and charged with selling drugs. Eventually these charges were dismissed and sealed. 2.) Plaintiffs were standing on the corner of Rosedale Ave and Randall Ave on April 29, 2017 when Defending Officers approached, handcuffed, and assaulted Plaintiff #1 when Plaintiff #2 took out his cell phone to record it.
