Description: On July 9, 2015, Plaintiff was falsely arrested, maliciously prosecuted, wrongfully detained, assaulted, and battered by NYPD officers including P.O.M. Philip Masi, Sgt. Edward Costello, and a John Doe police officer. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and held at the 113th Precinct before being transferred to Queens Central Booking. Since Plaintiff's arrest, all of the charges against him have been dismissed. Defendants' actions rendered Plaintiff sick and disabled; he was physically assaulted and battered, subjected to great indignities, mental anguish, and was held up to scorn, shame, ridicule, and embarrassment, and was tormented, abused, humiliated, psychologically and physically injured and wounded, suffer...
