Description: On May 10, 2011, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle. For no lawful reason, unmarked police vehicles pulled up in front of Plaintiff, forcing him to break. NYPD Officers Detective Betzayda Fraticelli, Sergeant Tyron Pope, Lieutenant James Mooney, and others emerged with their guns pointed. Without reasonable suspicion they searched the vehicle, and finding nothing, arrested Plaintiff. He was then unlawfully strip searched at the precinct, where the officers made false reports about him.
