Description: On May 3, 2013, Plaintiff boarded a subway car and used the door to move up a car, while still at the station. Plaintiff was approached by plain clothes officers who told him that he needed to get off the train. Plaintiff indicated he was on his way to work. The three officers suddenly threw Plaintiff across the car against the seats on the other side, then kneeled on his back. Plaintiff experienced severe pain, was handcuffed, and was removed at the next station.
