Description: On March 13, 2019, at approximately 12:30 a.m., in the Bronx, New York, Mr. Kendall, the plaintiff, alleges that he was racially targeted by NYPD officers, including Defendant JONES and others (identified as JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10). While outside a bodega, Mr. Kendall was confronted, physically restrained, and assaulted by the defendants. He claims they slammed him to the pavement, struck him, and threw him to the ground without any legal justification, as no criminal activity had occurred.
