Complaint
Description: Plaintiffs were in their home and heard loud noises outside. Edwin Nauhn opened the door to see what was happening and officers sprayed him with pepper spray and entered the home without a warrant or consent. Officers also hit Beindu Nauhn and James Nauhn Sr with pepper spray. The Plaintifs asked the officers to leave and the officers grabbed and assaulted the Plaintiffs. When the Plaintiffs attempted to film the officers, the officers forcibly grabbed their phones and threatened to arrest them. Edwin Nauhn and James S.
