Plaintiff was wrongfully and falsely accursed of 1st degree crimes among other charges. Lt. Rodriguez, and P.O. Cruz, Santana, Allen, Smith, and Silva, deliberately and maliciously prosecuted plaintiff without any probable cause and without legal process. On November 23, 2016, P.O.
