Description: On or about June 2, 2018 at approximately 8:00 p.m. Plaintiff was lawfully walking down Martins Street when he was stopped by POs John Salzo, Christopher Marrow, John Doe, and Jane Doe, who asked for his identification. POs then falsely claimed Plaintiff had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, placed him under arrest, and transported him to the 71st Precinct. Upon arrival, Plaintiff was told he was being charged for murder. Plaintiff denied this accusation repeatedly while he was interrogated at the precinct. Plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking.
