Description: Plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 84th precinct. Officer Rivera slammed the barrel of his gun into the plaintiff's chest. Plaintiff asked for medical attention and was taken to an ambulance. Because of the pain in his chest, the plaintiff said that he could not lie down on the gurney. Officer Lamboy said "I don't care motherfucker, lie down" and then punched him in the face when the plaintiff asked the officer to get off him. Officers then falsely stated that he needed medical attention because he was suicidal.
