Description: On or about July 5, 2014 Plaintiffs learned their daughters were involved in an altercation. When they went to retrieve their daughters they were falsely arrested by unnamed POs. Plaintiff Mark Allen was assaulted during the arrest when a PO wrenched his left arm all the way up his back, causing serious injury. Both Plaintiffs were taken to the 73rd Precinct where they were criminally processed and Plaintiff Patricia Snell was released without charge. Plaintiff Mark Snell was arraigned and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Inciting a Riot.
