Complaint
Description: On or about July 4, 2023, T.H., a minor, was assaulted and battered by NYPD officers, including Police Officer Joanna Romano (Shield #5228), Police Officer Cuffy, and Police Sergeant Jeffrey Liu (Shield #5402). Officers pushed him repeatedly, grabbed him, twisted his arms, slammed him to the ground, struck him with a knee in the back, and forcefully placed him in handcuffs. After the assault, T.H. was transported to the 75th Precinct, where he was detained for three hours before being released without any charges.
