Description: On February 14, 2018, plaintiff went to Giant Beverages to load his delivery truck and Captain Imminetti, which was the owner of Giant Beverages, demanded that plaintiff pay false invoices. Plaintiff refused. Captain Imminetti threatened to have plaintiff arrested if he came to the warehouse again. Captain Imminetti then called 911 and asked for police to come to the premises. Plaintiff left the premises without his truck for fear of being arrested and later filed a complaint to NYPD Department of Internal Affairs Bureau.
