Description: On June 4, 2016, Defendant George Fristensky, along with three unnamed officers, approached the Plaintiff while he was giving out safe supplies and information about safe sex as part of an outreach program. The officers advanced toward the Plaintiff with loaded firearms, outstretched limbs, and various objects, which they used to grab and strike him. They then proceeded to handcuff and arrest him without any legal cause or warrant, took him into custody, and conducted a strip search. Defendants provided false information to the District Attorney and initiated a criminal proceeding against the Plaintiff. All charges were ultimately dismissed.
