Description: On an unspecified day in June 2011, Plaintiff was arrested at JFK Airport when attempting to get through security without a passport. She admits to a long history of mental illness and is disabled. She was taken to a mental hospital for 18 days, where she experienced extensive physical, sexual and mental abuse. Her allegations against the NYPD involve deceptively taking her into custody, placing her in tight restraints, and transporting her to an ambulance. The NYPD also failed to give her needed water which exacerbated a medical condition.
