Complaint
Description: On June 5, 2014, Plaintiff was approached by a group of NYPD officers while on the sidewalk in Brooklyn, New York. The officers tackled, kicked, and punched Plaintiff. One officer hit Plaintiff repeatedly with a baton. As a result, Plaintiff suffered two fractures in his right hand. The officers filed charges against Plaintiff that Plaintiff alleges were false. All charges were dismissed.
