Description: On April 27, 2021, Officers Doyle, John Doe and Jane Doe #1-16 unlawfully entered the Plaintiff’s home without a warrant and rushed towards Plaintiff with their guns directly pointed at him yelling, grabbing, pushing, shoving, and pulling him in the process. They tightly handcuffed the Plaintiff, causing him significant pain and numbness. An illegal search of the premises was conducted and the Plaintiff was forcibly taken to NYPD-79th Precinct, where he suffered illegal searches and lengthy interrogation based on falsified police reports that ultimately resulted in criminal charges. The false charges were eventually dismissed on or about December 1, 2021.
