Description: On or about June 2, 2020, Defendants, including PO Aminur Rahman, Jose Santiago, Amadeo Oktrova, and other officers, sprinted towards Plaintiff on the street although they had no indication, reasonable suspicion or probable cause that the Plaintiff had committed a crime. Plaintiff feared that Defendants would brutally assault and batter Plaintiff if he did not run away, so Plaintiff ran approximately half of a block away. Defendants eventually caught up to Plaintiff and then punched Plaintiff on the right side of his head and continued to repetitively hit Plaintiff with their batons.
