Description: On or about October 19, 2011 Plaintiff was maliciously and falsely accused by PO Melissa Karson, PO Chad Phillips, PO John Doe, and PO John Roe of having committed crimes. POs then grabbed, handcuffed, and falsely arrested Plaintiff in an excessive manner without legal justification. Plaintiff was falsely imprisoned and a malicious prosecution was commenced against her. All charges were dismissed on April 1, 2013. Plaintiff suffered bodily injury, deprivation of liberty, emotional distress, humiliation, fear, and intimidation as a result of this incident.
