After exiting, a police van drove up and arrested Virgil's friend for possession of a small amount of marijuana. When Virgil asked what was happening, he was thrown against a car and handcuffed by defendants Officer Tinina Alexander Shield #1093 and Sergeant Rayna Mahdo Shield #4816 despite not committing or being poised to commit any crimes. Description: On May 27, 2015 plaintiff was sitting on his cousin's stoop when Officer Tinina Alexander and Sergeant Rayna Madho called him over. Madho immediately illegally searched plaintiff and pushed his back against the vehicle and began questioning him about an incident they plaintiff knew nothing about. Madho then went into the plaintiff's car without his consent and searched it. Plaintiff was then placed under arrest with no reason as to why. Madho then took plaintiff's car and drove it to the precinct. Plaintiff had video evidence of the encounter. Officers later charged him with possessed of mariuana but charges were dismissed in court.
