After a month had passed, she participated in a line-up where she was shown hundreds of photos over a 3-4 hour time period, and she pointed out Plaintiff after being led by the defendant. Description: On September 23, 2011, Plaintiff was arrested and charged with attempted homicide. Two days prior he had been in a barbershop where a shooting occurred.
