Complaint
Description: On October 13, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully outside of his home when Defendant Officers arrested him without probable cause. Defendants assaulted and battered Plaintiff and used excessive force in arresting him, including over-tightening his handcuffs. Defendants refused first, to provide Plaintiff with necessary medical treatment and second, to allow Plaintiff to lock his front door, allowing it to remain open and accessible to anyone during his detention. Defendants transported Plaintiff to the 25th precinct, then to central booking, and then back to the 25th Precinct without having Plaintiff arraigned.
