Description: On May 8, 2016, at approximately 3:00 p.m., David Miles was lawfully at his residence at 2264 Bragg Street in Brooklyn when NYPD officers, including Officer David Yee, Sergeant Harold Gates, and Detective Savage, falsely accused him of harassing a neighbor and Nicki Minaj. The officers arrested Miles without probable cause, using excessive force, including handcuffing him.
