Description: On November 21, 2015, plaintiff was lawfully at 9th Ave and W. 17th St, NY, NY, when defendants responded to the location. Plaintiff was lawfully at said location. Two officers got out of an unmarked vehicle. One of the officers demanded Plaintiff raise his hand. Plaintiff complied and was struck in the face and slammed onto the unmarked vehicle by an officer. Prior to being taken into the 10th Precinct, defendants slammed Plaintiff's head into a wall. Plaintiff remained at the 10th Precinct for four hours, then taken to Central Booking, where he remained for seven hours.
