Description: On May 20, 2023 at approximately 1:00 AM in the vicinity of Linden Boulevard and Brooklyn Avenue Plaintiffs Baptiste and Joseph were detained by POs Christian Perez, Martin Moraalmonte, Nicholas Cardieri, Carlos Alvarez, Francesa Lovertro, Julio Martinez, Ihab Ginem, Larry Feng, Dennis Diaz, Leonardo Deoliveiri, Derrick DeJonge, Dennis Wu, Sarah Chironno, Jefrey Aguilera, Mehmet Knabur, Fabian Modesto, Daniel McDonald, and Anthony Warner when Plaintiffs flashed their headlights.
