Description: Defendant Officers entered the residence of Plaintiffs based on a search warrant. Both plaintiffs were handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff 2, who is intellectually disabled, was issued a summons and released. Plaintiff 1 was charged with possession of a firearm and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Ultimately, all charges were dismissed for both plaintiffs.
