Description: On August 7, 2024, at 6:00 AM, the plaintiff was at home when police officer McGee and Sgt. Jahmi entered his premises stating they had a search warrant. Upon entering the premises, the defendants handcuffed the plaintiff. He was placed under arrest inside his home and forcibly removed to the 69th precinct in handcuffs. Plaintiff requested that he be able to take his daily medication, but the request was denied. Plaintiff remained under arrest in a cell at the 69th precinct for hours. Upon his return home, plaintiff found that his entrance door was destroyed, the entire house had been ransacked, his medication was missing, and he had approximately $3,300 in cash missing.

Description: On October 13, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the sidewalk in Brooklyn, when defendants, including DANIEL MCGHEE, RODNEY SOUFFRANT and other unknown police officers, unlawfully stopped plaintiff and searched his person, without reasonable suspicion, probable cause, or any legal justification. Defendants did not recover any illegal, drugs, weapons, or contraband pursuant to the search of plaintiff. Before this incident, defendants received a call for a robbery but without any identification of the robbers.
