Description: On November 14, 2012, Plaintiff Raul Glasgow was driving in his car when POs Bonanno and Fragedis initiated a traffic stop and questioned Glasgow about the temporary plates on his car. Glasgow provided a valid New York state non-driver's ID as his license had been suspended. Bonanno and Fragedis removed Glasgow from the vehicle, searched him, and then searched the entire vehicle without a warrant. The search yielded no weapons, drugs, or other contraband. POs Rich and Karabin arrived on the scene and the officers placed Glasgow under arrest.
