Description: On November 14, 2012, Plaintiff Raul Glasgow was driving in his car when POs Bonanno and Fragedis initiated a traffic stop and questioned Glasgow about the temporary plates on his car. Glasgow provided a valid New York state non-driver's ID as his license had been suspended. Bonanno and Fragedis removed Glasgow from the vehicle, searched him, and then searched the entire vehicle without a warrant. The search yielded no weapons, drugs, or other contraband. POs Rich and Karabin arrived on the scene and the officers placed Glasgow under arrest. They took Glasgow to the 67th precinct, where they searched him again and recovered only his keys, phone, and cash. The officers then questioned Glasgow to elicit informati...
