Complaint
Description: On September 25, 2018, Plaintiff was arrested without cause. Officers had met with Plaintiff's separated wife numerous times in an effort to devise a plan to serve divorce papers on Plaintiff. Officers and Plaintiff's separated wife sent text messages to have Plaintiff meet. When Plaintiff arrived at the meeting spot, he was forcibly handcuffed based on allegations made on that date but which had occurred a year earlier. Plaintiff's wife and officers intentionally delayed these allegations in order to obtain a search warrant to plaintiff's residence.
