Description: On July 16, 2022, Plaintiff and a female companion were getting off an elevator inside Plaintiff’s place of residence when the two were accosted by Plaintiff’s neighbor. Plaintiff’s companion attempted to leave Plaintiff’s apartment, but Plaintiff’s neighbor, a certain Ms. Bellber, attacked Plaintiff’s companion, which forced the woman to reenter Plaintiff’s apartment. Description: On May 7, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street when approached by P.O.s including Officer Sammy Figueroa and Officer Diego Marin. With no arrest warrant or probable cause, P.O.s stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search and was incarcerated for over 24 hours. During the arrest and detainment, Plaintiff sustained injuries as a result of assault and battery by P.O.s to his head, neck, back, body and limbs. All charges against Plaintiff were eventually terminated.

Description: On July 18, 2019, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Grand Concourse and East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or legal justification, approached plaintiff for no reason other than his race and stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and detained. While in custody, plaintiff was strip-searched, and during arraignment he was falsely prosecuted with committing a crime. All charges made against plaintiff were eventually terminated in his favor. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained severe physical injuries and emotional trauma.
