Description: On May 15, 2020, Defendant’s David Hansell, “Jane” Mekhael, “Jane” Hope, (ACS Defendants) presented false information in their application to the Family Court. This false information was provided in order to deceptively induce a child protective investigation Order where the police were allowed to enter using force. Though it is unclear whether this was a valid legal order, due to the lack of a seal, if it was, it was secured using false and misleading information regarding Plaintiff Deshaun Jordan, Plaintiff’s family, and the status of their Children.
